Frame Warranty:

Interloc warrants its steel frames against all defects in material or workmanship for Interloc frames sold through authorized Interloc dealers for the lifetime of the frame.
Scandium alloy frames are only warranted for 5 years.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, normal maintenance items or any damage, failure or loss caused by:
1. Accidents, neglect, misuse, abuse or improper maintenance or improper assembly.
2. Use of the product for stunt riding, ramp jumping, acrobatics, competition or similar activities.
3. Structural modifications made by anyone other than Interloc
4. This Warranty is applicable to the original purchaser of the frameset only.
5. This Warranty does not cover separately sold products.
6. This Warranty does not cover paint or aesthetic damage.
7. Interloc will, at its option, repair or replace a defective product. Dealer labor charges are not covered by this warranty.
8. Interloc is not liable for incidental or consequential damages. Repair or replacement of defective products is the sole remedy under this warranty.
9. If you elect to repair a damaged or defective Interloc product through a source other than Interloc, then Interloc will not be liable for the defect(s) or damage caused by such repairs.

To make a claim:
No frame may be returned without a return authorization number either from Interloc
or the distributor, The Merry Sales Co. Have your dealer call 1-800-245-9959. If dealer is not available, then contact us directly.
