COBRA Seatpost

Our latest post had 4 design criteria to acheive.

1. Ample layback for versatility
2. A two-bolt system for a secure fit
3. Ease of adjustment.
4. Classic good looks.

Usually other designs attempting 1 and 2 usually fail at either 3 or 4.
Not the new Cobra. Some 2 bolt posts require two different tools to adjust. Others have one really hard to reach. Both our adjustment bolts are easy to reach with one tool. The Cobra also benefits from the use of premium materials from TANGE ('taan-gay') the veteran frame tubing manufacturer.

• Cold-forged aluminum head for strength
• Wide rail clamp
• Mast comes in TANGE Prestige Carbon or directionally butted TANGE Infinity aluminum. TANGE Prestige Carbon offers excellent strength and vibration damping.
• 280mm, 350mm and 400mm
• 27.2 only (for now)

TYPE 2 QUAD Seatpost

We originated the two-bolt design in 1984. And many have adopted similar designs since then. This is the latest version of ours.Utilizes aerospace quality 2000 series aluminum for the mast. Our patented head design provides a safe, super-tight grip on almost any saddle rail and offers 30° of angle adjustment (10° up / 20° down). 425mm long mast.

• Two-bolt, four-barrel microadjustable clamp head
